Although the BPA does not require a standard application form, we do need certain information to evaluate your qualifications
and determine if you meet legal requirements for Federal employment. If your resume or application does not provide
all the information requested in the job vacancy announcement, you may lose consideration for a job. Each announcement
provides specific application instructions, required application information, and any additional application forms required
for that particular vacancy.
Coding:
We have coded each type of electronic form with a different icon so that once you identify the format that you
prefer, you can easily find other forms using the same format.
The codes are:
Adobe Acrobat PDF Image

Fillable Adobe Acrobat (Use only with Adobe Reader 5.0 and above; the Adobe Reader is available free from
Adobe.com)
If there is a problem opening an Adobe file through the internet browser, please try this: Using the
RIGHT button on the mouse, click on the PDF/F icon and select "Save target as" from the resulting menu. Save the
form file to a hard drive or a local network drive. Then open the file using Adobe Reader 5.0 or above. Using this
method, avoids opening the file through the internet browser.

You have the option to submit application information using any of the following as long as your application contains
sufficient information to determine your eligibility for the position:
